About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Car Rental Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our car rental company, serving customers with enthusiasm and ensuring a smooth rental experience. Fully training will be provided to ensure you're well-equipped to excel in this role.
Responsibilities:
1. *Customer Interaction*: Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs, and providing the best possible rental options.
2. *Car and Motorbike Rental*: Renting out cars and motorbikes, ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately.
3. *Vehicle Inspection*: Checking cars and motorbikes with customers to ensure they meet company standards and documenting any discrepancies.
4. *Vehicle Delivery*: Delivering cars all over Pattaya as per customer requests and company needs.
5. *Compliance*: Adhering to all company policies and regulations, and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Requirements
Must speak good English.
Must have a valid driving license and be able to drive both cars and motorbikes.
Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required.
